Default consent - Google Consent Mode v2

From v2.7.0, the module allows you to set default consents.
Based on this configuration, an event is sent to Google informing it of the default consents. In addition, the time for which consents can be updated is set.
Google receives information about default consents.
Then the consent management platform, or a module installed in your store, should send a consent update event, based on the user's selection.
