How to enable recaptcha when adding comments to a blog?

To enable/disable recaptcha in the blog, go to the module settings:

then to the "Entry and comments configuration" tab:

enable the option "Enable ReCaptcha in add comment form":

and enter the public key and private key, which can be generated at
https://www.google.com/recaptcha/about/
