Why isn't the lowest price information displayed next to the product?

The messages are only displayed when the price history shows a price increase.
E.g. after installing the module, the current product price will appear in the change history.

For the message to start appearing, the price must be raised (manually, or for example after a promotion ends) and saved in the history.
