  • Errors in the module that we repeat on a clean version of PrestaShop will be covered with free priority support and the release of module updates.
  • On HelpDesk you will get paid assistance related to the adaptation of modules to your modified store.
  • On HelpDesk you can order programming, analysis and optimization work related to your store and server.

  • After creating a request, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • We respond to 80% of requests within 72H on business days.
  • If you do not respond within 7 days your request will be automatically closed.
