Loyalty program user guide

Module tabs:

1. Settings

• Here you can set the global exchange rate. The product value will be multiplied by it, giving the number of loyalty points. With a rate of 0.5 and a product value of 10 PLN, 5 loyalty points will be awarded.
• The module lets you decide whether points are calculated from gross or net amounts (calculation mode). Following the example above, with net calculation mode, 4 loyalty points will be awarded (0.5 x 8.13 PLN).
• The point value indicates how many zloty (in a discount code) one loyalty point can be exchanged for.
• Besides exchanging points for specific products, the module also lets you generate general discount codes.
• Every loyalty point transaction after an order must be confirmed. Until then, the points are frozen and the customer cannot use them.
• The module includes automatic confirmation via order statuses. In the main configuration, you can set for which statuses pending points will be confirmed when that status is assigned.

The description lets you set the content shown to the customer in the My Account > Loyalty Points tab.

2. Points

This tab contains a summary of all awarded loyalty points. From the list you can confirm frozen points or delete them. The "Unsettled/Settled" button is a leftover from an earlier version of the module and, from version 1.15, is no longer used - it was kept for backward compatibility.

3. Rules





The module lets you vary the loyalty point rate by specific categories and manufacturers. To do this, create a calculation rule. If a product matches several rules, the one most favorable to the customer will be chosen.

4. Product Exchange - Administration



The module lets you create a special tab in the store with products that can be exchanged for
loyalty points. In the module configuration, select a specific product and attribute, and
enter its value in points.


5. The module from the customer's side



In the customer account details there is a Loyalty Points tab. Here the customer can
check their account balance, the history of awarded points and exchanges, and browse
the Exchange products.

After choosing a product from the exchange and confirming the transaction, the customer is taken to the cart,
where the product and the applied discount have been added. Shopping can continue, or the customer can choose another
product from the exchange.
