The popup on the page won't display. How do I display a popup on the page?

If instead of an image the popup shows the following message:


this usually means the image added to the banner was not enabled. You should:
1. go to editing the popup and the second tab:




2. click on the chosen image and enable its display, then save the changes:






3. the popup should now display correctly:


If no error message appears (the popup simply doesn't display on the page at all), you should:
1. go into its edit view and check whether the start and/or end dates are correct (if any were set - if not, please skip checking them):





please note that the first date is the ad's end date and the second is the start date
2. please check whether the hook selected in the third tab exists on the page, that the banner is enabled for the page where you want to display it, and that it's enabled for the correct language version of the page:
