Bulk Product Price Change Configuration
In the following example, an operation to reduce all product prices by 10% will be configured.Step 1. Go to the Bulk Price Edit tab.
Step 2. Click the Add new button.
Step 3. Enter a configuration name — ideally a descriptive one that indicates what it does. In this example, enter
Products -10%.Step 4. In the Operation type field, select Change base prices of products.
Step 5. Configure the operation parameters:
- Price to change — the price that will be overwritten in the database.
- Calculation base — the price used as the starting point for calculating the new value.
- Modification method — select Percentage.
- Price impact — select Decrease.
- Value — enter
10.
Step 6. (Optional) Define a price range — the operation will only apply to products whose price falls within the specified range.
Step 7. (Optional) Check the Active products only option if the change should apply only to products visible in the store.
Step 8. (Optional) Apply additional filters to narrow down the list of products affected by the operation:
- Categories — the operation will only apply to products assigned to the selected categories.
- Manufacturers / Suppliers — the operation will only apply to products from the selected manufacturers or suppliers.
- Product features — the operation will only apply to products that have the specified features.
Step 9. Click Save to store the configuration.
Step 10. Click Run to execute the operation.
