How to show carriers if the minimum order amount is not met?

By default, if the minimum product value in an order is not met for a given carrier, it will not be shown among the shipping methods. Displaying such a carrier despite the amount not being met can be enabled in the module settings. The message is displayed in the cart and during checkout, showing the minimum amount and how much is missing for delivery.

The message is only visible if the customer has entered a shipping address

To enable the message:
Go to the module settings, check the "Show minimum order cost for carrier" option, then save the changesThe message can also be displayed using the hook {hook h='displayCarrierWithMinOrderPrice'}
