How to add a FAQ entry?

1. In the module go to the FAQ Entries tab, then add a new entry
   
   
   
2. Add information about the entry:
   • title - entry title
   • content - entry content
   • FAQ category - the FAQ category the entry should be displayed in
   • show in knowledge base - whether the entry should be displayed on the knowledge base page
   then save the changes
